What a nice way to start a business!

Why Do I Feel? was the the first podcast series made by, fresh out the box, Bite Your Tongue Productions and look where it took us - the 2022 ARIAS.

To be nominated was a complete joy, I was screaming down the phone to Nathan for a good five minutes before he understood we were nominated. The list of nominees for Best Independent podcast are so diverse in terms of experience, funding and the size of team involved in the production. I was honoured to be in that list and inspired - small is beautiful - after all, David gave Goliath a run for his money.

For me, the ceremony was an excuse to buy another red dress but as we entered the auditorium I was amazed by how intense it was and how much we wanted to win! Well Nathan wanted to win, I wanted silver so we’d be recognised by our piers but not have to get up on stage with Rylan and make a speech, and guess what? Nathan says I jinxed it. Exciting projects are in development at Bite Your Tongue Productions so here’s hoping we'll be up on that stage at the 2023 ARIAS.
